sHOULD I TAKE CREATINE?????

im a senior in high school and ive been going to the gym every day and i want to be able to lift much more and get bigger, buffer, and more cut. should i take creatine??? i already know all about it im just looking for people who already took it, did you have any result good, bad????

Well what ive heard creatine adds more water to your muscles and makes them look bigger and also helps you actually lift more than you would usually without it so if your planning on taking it i would recommend drinking more water than you usually do because a lot of it is going to your muscles. Oh and im telling you because one of my friends is currently taking it and
has had pretty good results with it but remember to drink more water if you decide to take it.

Yes, creatine is an extremely safe supplement, and it also naturally occuring in the body. The real way to gain weight is to eat more calories than you burn in a single day and lift weights intensely. A proper nutrition and fitness plan should be your No. 1 approach to gaining weight. Creatine will help provide you with additional energy and add water weight to your muscles giving them a “full” look. Regular creatine monohydrate also can have a bloating effect, as it tends to store water outside of the muscles as well, which can give you a bit of a “doughy” look. A type creatine that absorbs into your body considerably better is Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE). Remember, creatine is not a miracle supplement that will get you huge (as I once thought it was), but, combined with proper nutrition and intense training, it will certainly give you an edge in athletic performance, size, and strength.
