almost every creatine supplement is basically the same, 5grams of creatine monohydrate and a huge dose of sugar… just buy 100% creatine monohydrate and mix it in with a glass of 100% juice, apple juice, orange juice or grape juice work fine… anyone that tells you that you shouldnt mix your creatine with orange juice is an idiot
if you dont buy 100% creatine, most of what you’re buying is sugar… if a 5lb bag of sugar costs $1, but you pay $15 for the same thing… you probably ripped yourself off, now some creatine supplements do contain other things, but you can get bigger and better doses of the same thing on the side
