Glycine Powder
These are the amino acids in my vegan protein shake, is it complete?

I want to know if my rice protein powder is a complete protein and am hoping someone can help me figure this out. These are the amino acids that are in it:

Alanine
Arginine
Aspartic acid
Cystine
Glutamic acid
Glycine
Histidine*
Isoleucine*
Leucine*
Lysine*
Methionine*
Phenylalanine*
Proline
Serine
Threonine*
Tryptophan*
Tyrosine
Valine*

The ones with stars are essential amino acids. Could someone tell me if this is complete or not?

Essential Nonessential(N)
Isoleucine (N) Alanine
Leucine (N)Asparagine
Lysine (N) Aspartic Acid
Methionine (N) Cysteine*
Phenylalanine(N) Glutamic Acid
Threonine (N) Glutamine*
Tryptophan (N) Glycine*
Valine (N) Proline*
(N) Selenocysteine*
(N) Serine*
(N) Tyrosine*
(N) Arginine*
(N) Histidine*
(N) Ornithine*
(N) Taurine*
(*) Essential only in certain cases.
I have 23 and you only have 18 so you are 5 short
There are are also a vast number of “non-standard” amino acids, so I don’t think ANY protein shake could ever be complete. IF you could afford it!
