What will keep an apple whiter :vinegar,lemon, or lime juice?
I’m working on a science project and need to know if there’s a difference or if it’s testable. If you can’t give me an answer, give my science fair ideas and links.

The Lemon or lime juice is best. Vinegar works but it messes up the taste and still lets it get a little brown. Lemon juice is best, and doesn’t change the taste a lot. Lime juice is between the two. You can taste it a little more than the lemon juice and it has less acid and so it lets some brown but little.
