How many reps / sets should I do in a workout if I am gaining muscle mass?

How many representatives / Games I do for a workout if I am gaining muscle mass. (I'm in general) If it's important, I'm using free weights and a bowflex cable system and I have 16 years. THANKS!

To gain muscle size you must first realize that time will probably begin to see results within two weeks. To gain size reasonable muscle, should at least do 30 repetitions in 3 periods of time. So start saying: 12:00 and 9:00 and 03:00 ET. Remember to eat healthy and do not deceive you! And remember, you're a beginner reduce the number of repetitions of 10 or more. Good luck:)
