How long does it last protein shakes? Syntrax Nectar …?
I do not like protein shake in the morning due to limitations time, but I do anyway:) I like to do the night before, but I'm not sure it would be dangerous to your health? Syntrax Nectar'm mainly concerned but I'm sure there must be applicable to any protein shake. What is the expiration date after shock protein that has been done? Thanks!
After making the batter, refrigerate. Then drink the next day I expected or protein isolates may be in a state other than the few days.
